Installation
bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ AgentTicketBulk 6.0.2.opm
Configuration
This module must be configured via System Configuration in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are available:
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketBulk###MandatoryFileds
Defines whether or not fields will be mandatory to let it be mandatory to pass 1 in the value of the configuration field.

Enables Sla on agentticketbulk screen
Enable Dynamic Fields in AgentTicketBulk
In system configuration and add the desired dynamic fields and activate two options, one 'Enabled' that enables or field as not mandatory and one 'Enabled and mandatory' that enables as mandatory:
- Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketBulk###DynamicField
Select Ticket to perform as a bulk update:
On the AgentTicketStatus screen, view and select the tickets to change and click on bulk:
Update dynamic fields
To open a bulk action screen for the ticket, just save the dynamic fields with the new values and click on perform the Bulk action:

With these settings, all selected tickets select the values of the advanced dynamic fields.
